To find out which factors that affect the company financially, we will use the micro macro model.

When we use this model, we find the factors that affect the specific company most, from both the immediate environment and the remote environment. With the company Carletti, I will chose competitors from the immediate environment, and press, culture and parliament in the remote environment.

Immediate environment: (competitors)

As said, I would choose the competitors in the immediate environment. The competitors play an important role for the company. As with any other company, the competitors affect them within the quality and the price. If for example if another company made a product with higher quality and lower price, people would buy that instead.

Remote environment: (press, culture and parliament)

In the remote environment the first I have chosen is the press. The press is a factor that affects the company’s sale, because of the reputation the press can give them, both bad and good. If the press makes the company look bad, people will think that it is true, what they are saying.

The second factor I chose is the culture. Not only in Denmark, but in the entire world people are trying to make healthier lifestyles, which means that people do not buy as much candy as they used to do before.
