My opinion about surveillance is very split because I can see the idea of that you much easier can document a crime because there are a CCTV camera right next to you no matter where you are. But I can also see the annoying side of the CCTV cameras, because if you just are a normal person walking on the street it is very irritating that there are cameras watching your every move. It might fells like a digital prison, because you aren’t cable of doing something, that doesn’t mind other people, because there are also cameras pointing at you. But I also believe that the cameras might stop some people from doing a crime. You don’t have the same freedom, as if there were no cameras. But on the streets isn’t the only place you are being watched, you are also being watched on the internet, and your phone calls are being heard. People can find out where in the country people use YouTube most (just an example) |
