Epcot is the second of four theme parks built at Walt Disney World in Bay Lake, Florida, near the city of Orlando. It opened as EPCOT Center on October 1, 1982. Epcot is more than twice the size of the Magic Kingdom park. In 2013, the park hosted approximately 11 million guests, making it the fifth most visited theme park in the world. The park is represented by Spaceship Earth, a geodesic sphere that also serves as an attraction. Epcot was known as EPCOT Center until 1994, when it was later renamed Epcot '94, then Epcot '95 the following year.
What you can see in epcot
In Epcot there is two themed areas one of the Is called (Future world) and the other one is called (World Showcase)
Future world: Future World consists of a lot of building which looks like they are from the future, because they look so different to the building we have now. The building is very unusual to the buildings in the other park World showcase, because the have very weird shapes.
World showcase: World showcase is a huge park where you can visit many of the countries in the world. Where you can see how it looks like in example Mexico, Norway or China. It is like one little arena with all of the countries in it.
