The essay’s main focus is on the differences between the life on the social media and real life. People all around the world, every age and gender knows the verb “to like”. Liking something on the social medias such as: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Myspace etc. Is a virtual way of approving and showing that you like another’s photo or status. When receiving a “like” you fell accepted and everybody wants to be liked by others. It is described as “commercial culture’s substitute for loving”.
