Fair means justice, and trade means deal. It’s a mark were they get support, and protect the farmers and workers. It makes sure that everything is right. It means when you buy products with the fair trade mark, you create a better future for both farmers and plantation workers.
Fair trade in my working day
I see fair trade production, at my work. In Denmark, there are over 1,000 fair trade labeled products on marked. Everything from chocolate, ice cream, coffee, bananas. Commodities are marked so you can know which product is fair trade and witch one aren’t.
