Hvilke ligheder og forskelle er der i holdningen til immigration mellem Tyskland og England

Redegør for immigrationen til Tyskland hhv. England fra ca. 1950 og frem til i dag.

Med udgangspunkt i en analyse af de to film ”Gegen die Wand” og ”Brick Lane” (2007) bedes du sammenligne de kulturelle konflikter og konsekvenserne for identitetsdannelsen hos hovedpersonerne i de to film.

Diskuter, hvorfor der er ligheder og forskelle mellem de to lande.

Opgavens omfang er 8-10 sider.

Opgaven afleveres på lectio senest d. 3. marts kl. 8.00.

Abstract:

The purpose of this paper is to find out which difference and what similarities there are in the outlook to immigration between Germany and Britain. I want to compare the cultural conflicts

And identity formation of the main characters in the two movies Gegen die Wand and Brick lane. In my project there is a film analysis and a discussion about why there are comparability’s and differences between the two countries. The analysis shows that there are multiple ways of how to be an immigrant, the more you integrate in the country, the better a life you will get. It also shows that the opinions about immigration has been very differently throughout time and that it has changed. I have come to the conclusion that immigration has increased a lot throughout time and that it will continue in that way.
