Aliens: En kort historie om et møde på Jorden

This is the story about the time that my best friend and I found Aliens on earth. This story means a lot to me, because this was a big deal for the humanity on earth. It was Friday, and school was finally over. I had been looking forward to the weekend for a while, because my best friend, Conrad, and I were about to have our annual fishing trip. I had already packed my backs and was only waiting for Conrad to arrive at my house, and finally he showed up. I could see it in his eyes, and him in mine; this was about to be an awesome weekend.

After a two-hour long drive, we finally got to the fishing cabin. My dad helped us unload the car, and took off again. I looked at the old cabin; it looked the same as always. The fishing cabin belonged to my grandfather and I had been fishing there for as long as I can remember. Inside there was an old bunk bed. As usual Conrad was on top, and I in the bottom. The first night we just relaxed. Conrad’s mom had made a few sandwiches and that was fine for now. We knew that we were going to eat fish the next day, so tonight’s dinner didn’t really mattered. We went to bed early that night because we wanted to be well rested the next day. That night something strange happened. Conrad and I woke up at the same time in the middle of the night. Something was making an odd noise, and we had no idea what it was. To be honest I was a bit scared, but I didn’t tell Conrad that. We looked at each other, with a frightened look in our eyes. We had no idea, what to do. We could both hear, that the odd sound came from the outside. So I took the flashlight in my hand, and put my boots on. The cabin did not have more than one window in the bathroom, and one in the front door witch also was the door to the utility room. Behind it was yet another door. There were not any lights, in the room, where Conrad and I slept. Conrad and I was standing at the front door, and looking out, there were all kinds of lights. Through the window in the door, it almost looked like a circus. We had no idea what was going on out there, but we both knew that we had to go out and see what it was.
