Myths and Legends: An exploration of Thor

I have chosen the topic Myth and Legends because we had about the topic in school.

We saw a movie called “an interview with a vampire” it’s a really good movie first of all but it is also telling a lot about myths. It’s about Dracula and he is a myth. He is a myth because we don’t know if he was real. That’s why I chose this topic.

Now I will explain the difference between a legend and a myth.

A legend is a man we know has been here. But I also think that it is different for people to people. For me it will be Ayton Senna or Tom Kristensen because I have been driving a lot of race in many years. But for a person who like to sing it might be Michael Jackson or Elvis Presley, because that’s what he/she looks up to. A legend is a person who is specialy talented to something.

Then we have a myth. A myth is something we still talk about today but we don’t know if they have existed. I think all myths have been real in the start but after the stories about them have been told like thousands of time the myths get better and better and more powerful. Like I think Jesus was a real person but after so many years then the people have added something to the story like he can walk at the water. So in time the stories becomes more and more unreal for me.
