I was really Looking forward to something very different and new. I had the maps and my own personal “survival” kit – lots of chocolate and a drink and, of course, my phone to record my new discoveries.
I have always been visiting big cities, like New York and Los Angeles, but I have always wanted to go to Chicago. I really like cities with a lot of monuments and big Towers, not only that, I am a really big Chicago Cubs baseball fan, and I would really like to see the Wrigley field Park where they play and maybe see a game.
I arrived at Chicago, with my bag and personal survival kit. I have prepared a plan over what I wanted too see and visit. The first thing I wanted too see was the Willis tower and the sky deck, where you can see all of Chicago from 1,451-foot up in the air. It was about a 20 minutes walk from Chicago station, on the way I saw a big part of Chicago’s streets and felt the atmosphere in Chicago.
When I got to the Tower, it was closed and the security at the door said that the tower first opens at 12am and closes at 8pm. I decided that I needed to come back, but I wanted to wait to after the Baseball game. So I wandered over to the cloud gate, which was just nearby. Beautiful was the first word that came out of my mouth, when I saw that amazing and shiny Monument. It looked like a deformed Mirror but It was so beautiful. After I took a few pictures and selfies, I was going to a Chicago cubs game at Wrigley field Park.
