Seen from my point of view, I can see the disadvantage of technology and why my generation is called generation lonely. I understand how parents and adults gets worried about our generation and our development. In our generation do we almost have to express ourselves on the social media, just for getting an accept from our friends. In our generation is a lot of children and teenagers lonely, because were living our life on the social medias, we are getting better to judge each other for what we post and who the social medias change us to be.
On the social medias, we do not share who we really are, we only show the good parts of ourselves, and we are good to overvalue what we post.
An example of that, could been if you have been on a vacation, you would share pictures where you were laying all day on the beach with a drink. You wouldn’t share that you were lonely on the vacation, and that your car crashed on your way home from your vacation.
In a talk, we saw in our class, we heard about a woman who talked about how our future will be, when we already are so addicted to our phones, that we not even can sleep without it, she even admitted that she is one of them.
