Racism

Among People there is a lot of different races,and I think racism is a bad thing. There is a lot of racism and prejudice all over the world, I think it is a bad thing because we are all humans and no one is better than others everyone is equally worth. As i said there is a lot of different forms of racism for example the word nigre, I would say that many white people has a lot of prejudice to black people, for example that they are criminal and that they are lesser grade people. All these assumptions are based on old prejudice. These assumptions are unfortunately still a thing today. I find it sad that racism is still a thing in our well developed society. Even though racism is still a thing today we have come very far with eliminating all the prejudice there is. If we look back just a few hundred years, slaves were still a thing you could buy on the local market. The racism back then were very cruel and violent, today is more verbal and black people are denied certain rights. This still happens today because some people still believe the blacks are a lower grade of people. Some white people are still trying to deny black people rights today. Being racist today has become “harder” in a sense, because it is not socially accepted in many communities anymore. This is a good thing and the conditions for black people are still getting better day by day luckily. My opinion is that racism is a bad thing but i am happy things are getting better. I feel we have come far with eliminating racism in today's society.
