The story ?Going Home? is about a young boy with Aboriginal roots, named Billy Woodward, also known as William Jacob Woodward. At the age of sixteen, Billy escapes from his Aboriginal family in Koodup, which is an Aboriginal camp in Australia. He moves to Perth, lives there for five years and tries to live his life like a white man, by studying and doing his favorite hobbies, which is painting and playing football.
