What kind of impression of London do we get from the documentary?

London is a very diverse city. It has a lot of history and culture which it is very good at shoving. Though there is a lot to experience in this phenomenal city, it does also have its secrets. Places, which even the citizens of London have no idea exists.

Is this the image of London you had before watching the documentary?

In large parts yes. I covers a lot the things I would expect it to cover, but it also showed at lot of things I didn’t know such as the large underground places and other of the hidden rooms

What role did the Thames play in the history of London and what role does it play now?

The Thames used to be very crowded, full of ships transporting cargo, but today it is almost empty. Without the Thames there would be no London.

What effect did the railways have on London’s development?

It made a big change. It brought London out of the Victorian era and into the industrial era.

What differences can we see between London in the day and London at night?

At night people like to send money, they could spend them on different things like going to see a play or going to auctions. But it can also be very dark and dangerous with crime on the up rise.
