After the breakfast my host family gave me package filled with clothes. It was my new school uniform. They had already washed it, so I put it on right away.
It was 7:30 in the morning and the bus would arrive, at our house, at 7:35am, so I grabbed my backpack and went outside. It was only the start of august, so it wasn’t that cold. After a couple of minutes, the bus arrived, and I got on. A group of people told me to come sit with them, so I did. They introduced themselves and they seemed quite nice.
We arrived at the school, which was enormous, and I found my way to the principal’s office. She introduced herself and followed me to my new class. It was a class with 22 students in it, me inclusive. I got seated next to a girl in the back of the class. She seemed quite nice. I couldn’t wait to get started at a totally new place like this.
The day went so fast and before I even knew it, I was back at my host family’s house. Even though my day hadn’t been that long, I was still very tired because of all the new impressions and people. It had been a successful day.
