As you know, I have been in South Africa for most of my holiday now and I love it. I have so much to tell you. I do not know where to begin. At the beginning of my summer vacation, I took a plane to South Africa. The trip took a long time, but it felt like no time at all. I was excited and I was looking forward to everything that was waiting for me. But I must admit that I was also a little bit nervous. I did not know how people would accept me, I was a little scared as it was a good idea. But I do not regret it. It has been the best experience ever, something I will never forget.
During my holiday I stayed with a very friendly host family. It was strange that I suddenly had a big brother, I do not have a little sister and brother. But my family was nice, and I would miss them a lot. I have a lot of fun with them. We went for a walk in the city, and they showed me the elephants. They were not like they are in the zoo in Denmark. They were so beautiful, I cannot even describe it, you must see it with your own eyes.
