There were many patients in the Accident and Emergency room. Nurses were working quickly and patients were getting impatient. Noises from the patients and the medical equipment made the room busier. Flashing red and blue lights accompanied by an alarming siren in the distance is signalled when the double doors of the emergency room burst open. Pushed by several nurses, doctors, and other medical staff, a lone hospital stretcher with a bloody, wounded patient flies through the medical center towards the doors to the operating room

The corridor were fill with white light. However, the coldness and brightness could not cover the intense and busy situation in the hospital. Doctors, nurses and other staffs were all crossing this cold maze, in the peak hour. The grey ground acted as a runway for these hurry people to provide help to the people in need. Every corners and corridors looked similar. The grey ground, white wall and cold breeze from the air conditioner seemed following every passing, so did the busy and hurry smell that travelling all around the hospital.

Accident and Emergency ward was much busier than the other wards.

The smell of sterilizer was the first thing you noticed before noticing the nurses in the ward were also so busy because of the large number of patients in the ward. Nurses in white uniforms, patients in blue-brown grid clothes, both wanted to enjoy a peaceful and quiet time that rarely appear in the ward. Patients quiet while having their meals but nurses were still busy in preparing the medical treatment for the patients after dinner.
