We have all been teenagers and young adults at a certain point in our lives. Youth living today is like no other generations in our history. Unlike many off others, we are living in a highly technologic and fast paced world, which brings a lot of pressure on us. Like no other generations, today’s teens are facing unique difficulties and experiences, and are influenced a lot by internet and social media.
It is difficult to argue that modern young people brought up by technology. From early childhood, children have become familiar with the technology world that gets their first tablets and smartphones. this trend has emerged rapidly over the last decade and it does not seem to stop. Today, youth culture is impossible without technology. kids and teens do everything online. They use tech to entertain, shop and study. Therefore, technology plays a key role in their lives.
Social media is another key factor in modern culture of new generations. Kids and teens see different social media platforms and use a lot of time to see on Instagram, snapchat, twitter and Facebook. My personal most used app is snapchat I use snap to communicate to my friends and make new friends, it is super easy to use and most teens and young adults have snapchat and use it daily. We use these channels to share our personal stories about everything including current events, trends, and the world in general. According to stats, as much as 67% of teens learn news about everything that’s going on around them and in the world from Facebook. It shows that social media is a big par of youth culture today.
