Should we continue banning our phones, or should we change things?
Not that long ago, the school decided to ban phones, some people might hate it, some might not
care, some might even love the idea of being away from your phone all day. But let´s look at
some pros cand cons, what the concept of having a phone means to us youngsters, and if we
could maybe use our phones for something quite positive in school.
Pros:
• Phones help us socialize
• What if we need to take
pictures of something to
remember it/use it in a school
project
• In breaks it can help us relax
before next class
• Using it as an outlet
Cons:
• You can get addicted to
looking at your phone
• We might not listen as
much
• We might play games in
class
• Losing focus in class
Yes, we might play games or sit on our phone when we should be doing something else. In my
opinion that’s just something small compared to how it can help us. Having a phone equal
