Getting out of my cozy warm bed on a cold winter morning to go to school was one of the hardest things ever. Though I still woke up, because of the pile of excitement to go to school for my favorite subject, English. Knowing I had a long 30 minute journey to school and I was getting late, I quickly dashed out of the door.
When I stepped outside the cold weather greeted me. It felt like a fight for me to walk towards the bus station, with wind blowing at my face. Even though my face was red and I couldn’t feel my fingers, I still continued walking towards the bus station. Walking down the sidewalk, I could feel the cold road through my Air Force sneakers. It was a war to get to the bus station, but I didn’t stop, with thoughts racing through my mind multiple times that I would have my favorite subject English today. A step after another I kept walking.
As I was walking through water and fire, I eventually reached the bus station. After some time the bus arrived and looking at the warm and coziness filled with people in the bus, I went on the bus. As there was no empty seats, I prepared myself for the 30 minute journey to school standing up. While a pile of thoughts were clashing, thinking about how I would anticipate in my English class, how lovely English classes were and so on… The bus buzzed along the way, driving past the snowy streets, as I looked outside and admired.
