I’m writing on behalf of Nordic Office Solutions, a Danish company that ships out office equipment to various companies. We only ship out office equipment to companies from Europe. Recently we’ve got a message about a big shipment from ErgoForm GmbH, which is a German producer, and we were told there were a few issues about shipping these ergonomic office chairs. This wasn’t the first time we’ve dealt with this before last year we had issues with our customer service These include mistakes such as our sales mistakes with orders and customers being unhappy with them, though not this time. The shipping of the chairs took too long to get delivered, and the quality was bad, which didn’t live up to our agreement.
Because of this, we will start doing meetings on how to improve our skills as a company. We would like the meeting to cover topics such as better quality, faster shipping service, and a great experience from us and solve common issues quickly. We’re going to hold the meeting at our office in Copenhagen. We would like to have this meeting every second week so we always get a reminder on any issues we might have dealt with so we can find a solution to them.
