Poverty Summary of “What is poverty?” In an industrial country as England, no one think it’s normal to spend a day without food, water, clothes and medical care and so. Or even without TV. Poverty here is defined, simply that the class of lower income distribution is poor, although they only have less income distribution, than the rich. So the result of the society’s wealth all together, determines what poverty is. It’s more clearly to see the wealth of the country, when looking at it as guest from another country. Fx the doctors who usually coming on visit to work
