PART ONE

1) We get introduced to Rosemary and Guy. They look at an apartment called Bramford 7E. The apartment is free, because the previous owner, Mrs. Gardenia, is dead. It’s clear that a closet has been moved, and Rosemary tells where it’s been before. Rosemary really wants the apartment, and she tries to persuade Guy to buy it.

2) They meet Hutch, and they talk about everything. Rosemary asks lots of questions which is unspeakable in catholic high. They talk about people with magical powers and witchcraft. Hutch tells them about the meaning of the name, Black Bramford. He tells them not to move to Bramford, even though they plan to. The Bramford is owned by the church next door.
