Today most people are busy and they haven't enough time to cook a meal every day. Then it is easier just to go down to the local McDonalds or pizzeria and order a burger or a pizza. But this carelessness has had fatal consequences, and it must come to an end. But is it just like that? Can people just stop eating fast food? What is the consequenses of fast food?

Fast food is everywhere, in the super-market, in the schools, on work, yes, even in our children's cartoons. The most junk food chains advertise to children. Especially McDonalds, who have the clown "Ronald McDonald" and play-grounds only to tempt the children, and in USA they even got cartoons with McDonalds in.

In denmark 42% of men and 37% of women are resonable overwighty with a BMI (Body Mass Index) between 25 and 30. This means that more than 50% in Denmark is overweighty.

BMI

BMI is the sum of your high divided your weight2. if your BMI is between 25-29,9 you are resonable overweighty, if the sum is higher than 30 you’re fat.

If you want to do your BMI the only thing you must kow about is how high you are and how much your weight is. Then do it like this: high / wieght2 = BMI
