Min livsstil og Amish-livsstilen

I would like to talk about the differences and similarities between my lifestyle and an Amish lifestyle

Personally I don’t like the Amish lifestyle, because their lifestyle is very old fashioned, they have no modern technology such as cars, instead they use horses and drive in their so called buggies, they live very isolated from the outside world, and their freedom is very limited. The first Amish colony began migrating to the colony of Pennsylvania in the 18th century. Other groups later settled in or spread to Alabama, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi,

The Amish lifestyle, compared to my lifestyle looks very different, but there are some similarities.

Here are some similarities between an Amish life and my life. The Amish people go to church which I don’t do because I hate it! They marry each other, but mostly with an Amish. They usually have good family relationships, like I do. They go to school but it’s only until 8th grade.

I see some benefits of being Amish too; they gain a very strong relationship with their family and their few friends. They help each other out. No violence at all. No stress. The risk of getting killed is less.
