Small summary: The movie is about 3 murders in Mississippi 1964, one colored man and two white men, who all fought for civil rights for colored people. The two FBI-agents (Alan Ward and Rupert Andersen) are in Jessup county, a small town in Mississippi, to solve the case. In the town there is a Klan called the Ku Klux and they walk around in the town burning colored people’s houses down. The FBI agents examine the alibis of the town’s inhabitants and then they find the car the 3 people were in, and they find them in a swamp.
Alan Ward: he seems young, not with a lot of muscles but he’s intelligent is one of he’s strengths. He seems new in the agency branch. He’s smart, but it’s still good that he has agent Andersen.
He want’s colored and white people to get along, he’s smart and very helpful, but I don’t think he seems like a family type of person.
Mr. Andersen: he’s a little older, with more experience than agent Ward and he knows how to control a situation, whereas agent Ward speaks very straight. He appears like a very caring and loving person, but he does have a temperament.
