I think a part-time job is a good thing for school children, because they get some money, and they get more prepared for the adult life. When the time comes to ask their parents about money, they will think of it not easy to raise money, because they just learn it when they work, and look how hard it is to earn money. I also think that, when teenagers get older they will have more things - so many things that they have to pay them self. That’s the best because you can buy everything you want. There are no parents to say:
¨It is expensive,¨ and then not buy it for you.
It’s very sad when children have to work, because their parents haven’t got any money or doesn’t a lot of money, which can be because they receive social security. Some of the children don’t even want a job, but their parents force them to work, i dont like that.
It would be best if the school and the job fit together, in a way so you had time to do your home work and your job. If it doesn’t work, I think you should quit the job, because the school is more important, and will always come first. The school is the place where you get an education, and you can always get the job you want when you get older.
