Racism isn’t something new, it has been a problem in a long time. Already in the 1800 century people know about racism, but in 1900 the figure developed the idea, that all people were not parity anymore and that idea was scattered in the world. There is more than one kind of problem with racism. For example in USA where black people is twice as big chances of being unemployed, because people prefer to hire white people. One another problem for racism is violence. In England 90 % of the violence is racist’ attacks. Why is racism so a big problem? Maybe because back in the 1950 white people hated black people, and did a big different between white and black people. Now there is a lot of immigrants in our country, and a lot of immigrants gangs. The immigrants gangs make a lot of trouble, and then people who already live in the country, doesn’t like the immigrants.
In the 1950 some restaurants called themselves “white only”, and some toilets was divided for white and black people. But then a black church man named Martin Luther King, began to fight for the black man’s right. In 1963 he held a speech in Washington, where he said the famous phrase “I Have a Dream.” He wins the black people their rights back. During 1970-80 racism slowly began to become less interesting. Ku Klux Klan (KKK) is an organization that was founded in 1866 in the USA. The Klan’s purpose was to deprive black Americans, of their right to vote. They tried to reach their goals, through terror against blacks, as abductions, beatings and killings.
