It’s been a long time since I last wrote. But it’s not like I have something new to tell you actually. My everyday life is probably the same as last I wrote – in the school things is still not going great. I still get the looks and the pointing fingers from the white people. But I barely even notice or recognize it anymore; I think I might have got used to it through the times and years with a social system controlled by white men to suppress us black people.
Today I visited Mma-Millipede again, and I can’t stop wondering why colors, or specifics races, can have such a giant impact on how people see and respects you as a human. I don’t think that it’s fair, and I shouldn’t be banned to a worse life just because I’m black!
But Mma-Millipede got me to realize some great things today. I believe that her way of thinking is very unlike all the black people. Of course Mma-Millipede would like for the blacks to be equal with the whites, that would all the black people, but instead of just accepting that we’re not, I think she could have the power and strength do to something against apartheid.
