The advantages of being young is that, you can always fall back on your parents, or in most cases at least. You also as a young guy/girl, you do not need to worry about economy or anything really important besides school. You also have your whole life in front of you.
The disadvantages of being young is that you always have the peer pressure upon you no matter who you are, this gets a lot of young people to do some stupid and bad things, like drugs and crimes. You also want to live up to everybody’s expectations which you can’t and especially not your mom’s, you will always have a mom who thinks that you are a kind of human God walking on earth, but you think that you can’t do anything right, so you try to do your best all the time and sometimes it seems that no one ever notices you, trying to make them happy and you feel let down.
The place I live in is nice, and I guess nice to grow up in but you can always find something that is not good. But if I had kids, I would be confident to let them grow up in a place like this, even though you often see stolen bicycles lying around. I have no reason to have any bad thoughts about this place, because I have never seen or heard anything bad happening here in the neighborhood.
