The story is about a couple of people sitting on the rail outside of Big Joe’s place. They were arguing about who was the best fighter of all time which sounds like it is a usual topic to be discussed. They hear some cop cars come tearing around the corner. The cop cars were called to the place due to a suspected guy with an automatic gun. All the cops were lined up in front of a building crouched down with their guns point at the building. As the Narrator walked in to a restaurant nearby with his friends, one of the cops slipped on some dog poo and the gun fires against the narrator, but did not hit him. This triggers the domino effect as the other caps started shooting at the building. It turns out that the owner of the surrounded apartment was Mary Brown who started shouting at the police officers. An officer grabbed the narrators arm and took him up to the apartment with Mary Brown. It turns out that the suspected guy actually is a dog which was shot to death by the cops. The apartment next door was open so they carefully walked in to see who was in there, and that is when they find a young kid who was shot to death from the bullets of the cops.
