Friendship: The Importance of True Friends

It’s very important to have friends. If you didn’t have any friends, then I think you often would feel very alone. A real friend is someone who will always be by your side, no matter what. Help you in the most difficult situations. Someone who always have time for you, and always listens to you, because that person loves you, what ever happens. A break up for instance. Then you always have a shoulder to cry on. I never had a friend who was truly there for me, but now when I’m on boarding school, I already feel like I’ve got true friends here, you get so close to each other. I never felt like I had many friends at my previous school, and those I had, were never there for me, when I needed them. There are also many different kind of friends. Your mother could be your friend, people from your family, even your pets. Friends overall, is people who loves you, and cares about you. Love is the most important thing in the world. Could you live without it? Friends comes and goes, but your true friends will always stay. It doesn’t matter if you have many friends, or only a few. What counts is, that you have friends who loves you. But also, you can’t expect all of your friends to be true. You also have to be careful that people doesn’t abuse you as a friend. That they doesn’t just use you, to do or get different stuff. Also some people just want a lot of people around them, they want to make them selves look cool and popular in other people’s eyes, and they just dump them after a while. That is really cruel I think. I hate when people does that. I’ve tried it a few times, but now I know what kind of people I shouldn’t get close to. It’s just such a nice feeling, when you know you can trust someone. Someone you can tell all of your secrets to, even if it’s something you are embarrassed about, that person won’t laugh or think you are pathetic. That one person will help you and guide you. My friends make me feel like god still exists. To me, they are a song written by the hands of god. They mean everything to me. Friends can always make you feel happy again, if you are sad or disappointed. They always make you look on the bright side. They are my bright side. I will always be there for my friends, whenever they need me, I’ll be there. They also help me. Whenever I am sad, they are there for me. It makes me so happy, to know, that someone cares about me. It makes me feel loved. I like listening to my friends and give them advices. But many of my previous friends also only came to me, when they needed a talk and a shoulder to cry on. That really hurted me. But most friendships are like that. Starts with a smile, and ends with a tear. That’s the same with relationships, it’s almost impossible to find your perfect soul mate.
