I think healthy living is, when you eat vary food and remember to make sports sometimes. Its okay to eat junk food, candy and cakes, but don’t do it everyday. One times at week or something, that is enough, and it’s not that unhealthy when you don’t eat it so often. You’re not getting fat, if you only eat junk food one times a week. If you do it often, so remember to make sports too.
Many of the singers from America tell to the magazines, that they actually eat a lot of McD food and something like that. But they have so many good trainers, so they aren’t getting fat, and they still have a beautiful body and clean skin. But I don’t think it’s a healthy way to live. Of course it’s very good, that the work out to keep the great body. But it’s not healthy for you. You also need to have lots of vitamins, so you have much energy and surplus.
Many people are stressed and doesn’t have surplus for anything. Often that is because they have a bad lifestyle. The wrong food and no sports make them sleep badly, and don’t have so much energy.
