When I look at the picture I think of poverty in Africa. I think it is unbelievable that some people are so skinny, and don't get the food they need. In the picture I see skinny black people. The children are working all day! They help their parents to buy food. Almost nobody can afford to go to school. They don't get an education.
They run away to a better place to live. There could be a war or there isn't food. I think it is sad that so many people in Africa are living in such a bad environment. Because here in Denmark we have a good environment. We can get many of the things we want. But in Africa they can't get everything they want to. They have to spend their money on food. I almost get everything I want. But when I don't get what I want, I get very angry at my parents. But now I had realized how lucky I am. I have a great life, and when I don't get what I want next time. I will defiantly think of the people in Africa.
In Denmark we have some organizations, where we can donate money for the poor people. I think it is good that we aren't only thinking of ourselves but also on poor people. But I have to be honest; I do not donate money to Africa. But next time I shall defiantly donate some money. Even 25 kr. can make a different. I know that there are many other places in the world with poverty, but I have chosen to write about Africa.
