The Sunnies is about a female detective called Dick. Her boss gave her a new case, while she was on the beach. The case was about a teenage kid called Danny Gold. He ran away from home, to join The Sunnies. His mother is the one who called for a detective, because she was worried about what has happened to him. Danny's mother was a rich person, and Danny didn't need anything.
Now it was Dick's job to solve the case, and get Danny Gold home to his mother. Dick went out on the street, and there she met Joseph and Margaret. They were members of The Sunnies, and they were searching for new members. They came to Dick, and they began to ask her some questions. They asked her if she wanted to see a video about the movement.
After the video they asked Dick to go with Joseph and some other members on a camp in the mountains. And Dick said yes.
They arrived to the mountains, and Dick thought it was a little bit strange, but she also thought that Joseph was very kind. After some days she felt that is was a little family, and that everything was good. She almost forgot that she ''joined'' The Sunnies to find Danny Gold. They took of her personality layer by layer, to build up a new one.
