Youngsters' behaviour and societal solutions

The world has changed. Our circumstance in 21st century is completely different from the circumstances we used to live under many decades ago. Back in the days, where men were men and the only job women knew of were about children. In that time youngsters behaved because if they didn’t, they knew the consequences such as getting smacked with the cane etc. Nowadays young people behave like they own the world, like they are not able to foreshadow the consequences of their immature behaviour. I think that they consider them selves as kings of the god damn world! They’re taking all kind of different drugs, they’re doing all kinds of crimes and they’re dropping out of school in a very early age. Solutions of these problems are hard to find, but politicians should be severe on youngsters and also keep in mind that pushing youngsters too much will result in angry young people.

Antisocial behaviour is a major problem in the United Kingdom. The main reason why many young people behave antisocially is that they don’t have anything to do after school if they attend a school. The major problem is “the drop outs”, who doesn’t attend any school, but it’s not their fault, because the are not offered the opportunity to attend a school which is able to treat young disturbed minds. This is one of the main reasons why criminal activities have grown among young people. My opinion about this topic is that the government has to make a wiser decision, than Tony Blair’s proposal; “Tony Blair launches his most comprehensive drive to stamp out antisocial behaviour today with a raft of measures including powers for a 24,000-strong army of community support officers to conduct truancy sweeps and force errant schoolchildren back to school”. I think the proposal is ridiculous, by the fact that he is overgearing. 24,000 community support officer’s??? It is way too much, in my opinion he crossed the line. It’s a waste of money and time because you can’t force all children to behave like normal kids; of course some kids are able to change but not everyone. In somehow I understand his actions towards the misbehaving but on the other hand I am extremely against him, because of his methods.
