Hello, my name is [NAVN C] and I was born on the 25th of September 1981, which means that I am 32 years old. I am a former Ohio Amish, my mothers’ name is [NAVN A] and my fathers’ name is [NAVN B]. My best friend [NAVN D] and I are at this very moment, sitting in a NASA space shuttle. We are about to be the first former Amish people in space!
But first let me tell you how it all began; I was 5 years old at the time, and was playing with [NAVN D], when a man stopped us and asked if he could loan the toilet. He told us stories about space and that he had been in space. It turned out that this man was Buzz Aldrin. Buzz told us how he in 1969 was the second man on the moon. After he left, we made a pact that one day, we would become astronauts. But when I came home, my parents told me that Amish people can’t go to the moon, and there was nothing called a space shuttle, and that Buzz was a man who would end his life in hell. For the first time ever I didn’t care about what they said, and neither did [NAVN D].
