The movie ends with Matt records Jeremy saying that it wasn't Matt that took the drugs.Matt call's the office at Harvard and ask's for a meeting, where he'll prove that it wasn't him that took the drugs. He goes to Harvard and shows them the tape that he recorded. They believe him and he got back to school at Harvard to finish his study as a journalist. Matt calls his dad and tell's him about the news, and his dad was very happy to hear that. Jeremy got a prison sentence for 3 years for taking drugs, and lying about the things he said about Matt.Matt graduated as a journalist one year later, and got a job as a journalist at The Times.His life is going well at this time, and two years later, Matt got married to his girlfriend Laura, they moved to London and got two kids. One day, Matt and his wife and kids got out for a walk , at a park nearby. And suddenly Matt sees that Jeremy is walking towards them. Matt ask his wife and kids to keep on waking, Matt stops. Matt says to Jeremy ''just go away, I got a family now and I don't want you to ruin anything!'' Jeremy says that he doesn't want any trouble, I just want to say that i'm sorry. Matt says that it's okay, but then Jeremy pulls out a gun, out of his pocket and points it at Matt. He says ''I've been waiting for this moment to come, for so long'' Matt is shocked! He says ''don't shoot! I will give you anything, just don't hurt me or my family'' Jeremy points the gun towards him self, and shoots!Matt just stands there, shocked. He calls 911 and they came within 10 minutes.At Jeremy's funeral, Matt cries and feel bad for himself, because he thinks that it was his fault that Jeremy committed suicide.Later, Matt began to take drugs, because he and his wife argue all the time, and end up being divorced.His life is fucked up, he gets fired from The Times and that just does everything worse, because he doesn't get money to buy food, clothes, and he can't pay his rents. He now lives in a subway in London, where many others people that take drugs live.One day he text his dad where he said this ''dear dad, my life didn't go the way i tough, you were right, i should have come back to you and told you everything. But i just want to say that i love you. Thank you for everything, bye.'' Later that day, Matt jumped in front of a train. He was killed immediately.The End
