The Amish way of life

I chose the topic Amish, because I found the Amish culture very interesting! They are living a completely different life from us people from the outside world. In seven grade I saw a Movie about Amish people, with my class. I was so impressed! The way they talked with each other, the way they looked, and all of their traditions. It is just interesting. My sup topic is The Amish way of life. I like my sup topic because it is a broad subject.

The difference between Amish and People from the outside world is that Amish people have to live their life under some special and strict rules, if they break the rules they are not allowed to see their family anymore.

Rumspringa is the term for the period while young Amish people are allowed to try what it's like to live life with all the possibilities ordinary people have. They are allowed to enjoy themselves without parents to guide them. The seminal period Rumspringa exists for the young Teenagers to decide whether he or she wants to spend their future in the Amish community - or in the surrounding world.
