The Capitol’s main objective is to control everyone and everything in the district. However, resistance of Katniss shows inability of capitol to enforce their power over all people.

This symbol like a bird represent spirit of its own and resistance.

Because Katniss resisted against the capital.

6. how does the way katniss treats power and vulnerability contrast with the way the Capitol treats them?

There is a huge different the way Katniss treats power and Capitol does. Because capitol always were trying to suppress all creatures and wanted to have full control of the districts. Katniss described as independent, trustworthy with a big heart. She treats her sister as if she is the apple of her life. Some of the things Katniss did like give her life for her sister while Capitol were using teenagers for his games.
