I do think that it is a good way to start the day, by eating very healthy breakfast – because you have slept over 7+ hours, without eating anything… You HAVE to eat healthy breakfast because that is where your energy/proteins comes from, at the morning. One of the reason why I eat breakfast is because; I want to do a great job at school... |
