The story is about a boy who want’s to be popular. He want’s it so much that he would pay 1000 dollars for it. So he becomes ”friends” with the most popular girl in the school and after a few days he becomes the most popular boy at the school. The deal with the girl was to pay a 1000 dollars so she could get a new jacket (because red wine had been spilt on it at a party), but when the two months (where they should be ”good friends”) had gone by she didn’t want to stop hanging out with him, because she was starting to fall in love with him. He thought she would never hang out with him, so he started arguing/yelling at her at the school so it looked like they were braking up and were not friends anymore. They didn’t talk to each other after that and at a party on New Years Ewe the girl had had enough of seeing him with other girls, so she told everyone what he has done, and after that no one liked him. The girl felt bad about what she had done, and told him that she loved him and she was sorry about it. They got together again and the story had a happy ending.
