The film is about the journalist student Matt, who is thrown out of Harvard because he takes the blame for some cocaine, so he lives with his sister in east London, where he joins the GSE, GSE is a football "company", more precisely a group of hooligans and here he meets Steve who is the sister's boyfriend, he introduces him to Pete who is the owner of GSE and they become good friends through thick and thin. The film ends with Pete dies
