One of the main elements is that the story is written in the year 2081.Also they are saying that the place where they are living is perfect since everybody is equal because of these handicapped bags, so they are living in a so-called utopia.Also the technology is very far ahead of our time.
Time:
Well the story takes place in the future as I said in the last question, its also in the evening since they just ate and are sitting and watching tv. The year is 2081.
Setting:
So, the society they are living in they are making it so everybody is equal, so if you are better looking than other people they have to wear a mask. If you are smarter or stronger you also get a handicap.
The functions of the handicapper general is to give the people that are better at something the handicap they need and also make sure they don’t take them off.
