B2. Characterization of Margret and Oskar
Margret is a really caring and loving mother due to the fact that she is always really protective to Jonas, and she is always frightened that something bad, or dangerous is going to happen to Jonas, that he is going to get hurt in one way. She tries to observe everything, and tries to get information about a lot of things, so she is really curious about what happens all the time. The fact that she is very quiet all the time indicates that she is very frustrated, and it is as if she is trying to cope with a lot of anger and frustration inside of her, that she does not want to talk about. When she talks she has a very serious tone about everything, she is pretty tragic in her tone, and everything has to go her way.
