Our neighbors started a case against my parents, saying that they couldn't take care of me and my sister. My parents aren't bad at parenting, they just made a little mistake.
Long story short, me and my little sister were home alone, and she all of a sudden wanted to cook some food. I obviously didn't know anything, as i was in my bedroom. My sister is only 6, so she didn't know what she was doing. And well, the whole house didn't burn down, but it was really close to. Both me and my sister got taken away because of that.
My sister is now all the way in Nevada and I live with some parents in Kansas. They're really sweet people and they treat me right, but i really miss my real family. I wrote this message so that the person who found this letter, would find lots of people who would support my parents and contact them. They are really trying thier best to start a case too, but they can not do this alone.
