Many countries and in some states in America, death penalty is a normal thing to have. Though there are some people, who thinks that death penalty is terrible and horrible, and some thinks that it's a perfect opportunity to punish the guilty person. You don’t get death penalty, if you haven’t done a serious crime. I am talking about for example murder, several rapes against children (pedophile), big robbery etc. These kinds of crimes, are – according to the country or the state – unacceptable and the guilty person deserve death. The problem is just that a test has been made, and it shows that 50% of the “guilty persons” really were innocent. That actually means that they have taken innocent people’s lives. That’s is a crime, itself. If there weren’t death penalty and that the innocent were a suspect and was put in jail, the innocent would still have an opportunity to prove that he is innocent. So I don’t really like the fact that innocent people pays the price, if they haven’t done anything wrong. Even if they had, I don’t think death is a solution. It just gives the guilty (or not) peace, and really he is supposed to suffer for what he/she did.
