Schools Out: A Critique of the School System

The School system is straight-up outdated, and here’s why. The system we used 150 years ago, we also use today. The only thing that has changed a little is the curriculum, but the essence of the school is still the same. Children are still taught in a standardized and industrialized way. But society is

changing now and we need to change with it. That means the school system has to change.

Almost all over the world, we use the same school system. This is a global issue. Each and every child has a unique mindset and learning abilities. Children are unique each when it comes to learning abilities and views. We need to embrace that and use it regarding learning and school. Under the current system, each child is bundled under one standardized umbrella. When considering the different types of learners, it is easy to see why some get left behind. The young people of the world need to stand together and talk about the problem and find a solution.
