A scooter or moped is not only a means of transport from a to b. Most youngsters who live in the countryside have their mopeds and scooters as their precious. The reason is that the distances are long, and the bus traffic is poor. You have your license when you are 15, and a brand-new world is laying at your feet. The freedom of having your own machine is unspeakable.
