First, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Sarah Curran, and you might know me for “the woman who built a wardrobe with doors all over the world”. Anyways I was born on the April 1973 and I am 47 years old now. In my early twenty’s did I study on a college named “Rutland Sixth Form College” in Oakham. I will be talking about the topics for about 7 to 10 minutes. I ask you to keep your questions to yourself through the presentation, so we can easily go through the presentation.
We will get into my business concept and business model where I would describe it and my future plans about the business and in the end, I will summarise for you guys.
Eight years ago, did I run a boutique in a fashionable suburb of London. I always believed that customer service was the most important for selling clothes but eight years later am I now living in a white-walled office with everything. I have my own company now called “My-wardrobe.com”, which sells “accessible luxury” from labels such as Mulberry, Paul Smith, and Joseph. My sales have now nearly doubled over the past years and I am really stepping my game up. My concept with my company now is that it needs to be really clean on the website so it can be as easy as it could to use the website. I also go in for high quality product and easy service online. And our stock is also really big because we have so many loyal customers because we make good deals with them and that is how you make your own costumers.
