"Mississippi burning" is an American movie, which is built on an authentic history. The film is produced by American Alan Parker. The main characters in the movie are Rupert Anderson (Gene Hack Mann) and Alan Ward (Willem Dafoe). It all starts when three young civil rights activists are reported missing. To solve the crime the 2 FBI agents will be sent to Jessup County, where the three young men disappeared, to find out what happened that night, 21 June 1964. Ward, who try immediately to talk to the local black, but none of the blacks want to talk to him for fear of the KKK who govern the city. They even have control over the police Although the FBI is in town, the insanity of attacks on the black did not stop, and it's only going to get worse as Ward call even more FBI people. At one point, Ward also call around 100 men from the navy, which should help finding the three missing people. Anderson believes that Ward try to solve the crime in totally the wrong way. When the violence at a time is quite extreme, Ward will be so desperate that he wants everything to clear up the matter. That is why they begin to do it Anderson way, and then they catch the sheriff and put him and all the members of the KKK into prison
